The  RHS Music Department held its annual Broadway Night showcase in which students perform various musical numbers from musicals that have and are on Broadway. Students audition to be apart of the production as solos, duets, or group acts. Over 25 students who auditioned and the Broadway Theater, took to the stage and performed numbers from hit musicals like Hamilton, Dear Evan Hansen, Falsettos, and Tuck Everlasting. This show did not just involve students, even the choir directors had their moment to shine, starring some of Roxbury’s Classic Sounds Honors members. The final number of the night consisted of many  seniors who were involved with Broadway Night in which they gave a farewell to the program. The number wa s called “Bring on Tomorrow” from the musical Fame. Overall the night brought joy, laughter, and a well deserved recognition to all of the hard work and determination of our students. It highlighted their passion for musical theater in a touching and spectacular way.
