Our 3/24 Student of the Week is Ryan Van Zile! Ryan Van Zile is a senior and an athlete at Roxbury High School. Ryan is a part of the RHS hockey team and plays as center. He is a true role model and inspiration to his peers! “I just try and work as hard as I can at anything I do. Either if it’s in the classroom, or in sports, I believe that you get results if you give it your all.”
“Ryan is such a hard working individual, he never fails to make me laugh. I’m so glad that I am able to call him my friend and share some classes with him. I love RVZ.” – Aidan Saladino, Senior
“As a hockey player, Ryan is one of the best to put on the Roxbury jersey! His dedication, his work ethic, and his leadership are truly second to none. He has been a Captain for three years, earned the Divisional MVP award this season, and finished in the top 10 in scoring in Roxbury hockey history. He is as dedicated to academic excellence as he is to his athletic excellence.” – Mr. Benbow, Hockey Coach
“Being alongside Ryan as a teammate for a number of years now, Ryan has always worked extremely hard to get better each day, and his achievements are evident to that. He’s a leader on and off the ice, and always gives it his all. Congrats, Ryan!” – Alexis Oliveira
