Taylor Swift recently just endorsed Kamala Harris on her Instagram page which has about 284 million followers, sending the Trump Foundation a run for their money. This display of affection towards Harris/Walz took place on September 11th, 2024: the day after Kamala Harris took on Donald Trump on the debate stage. This endorsement from pop star, Taylor Swift, will likely show an increase in voters for Harris/Walz.
In the 2021 presidential election year Taylor Swift stated in a tweet on August 15th, “ Donald Trump’s ineffective leadership gravely worsened the crisis that we are in and he is now taking advantage of it to subvert and destroy our right to vote and vote safely.” This tweet gravitated negative attention towards the Trump Foundation, and Swifties started to stand with the Biden Foundation. Statistics showed that after this potential endorsement, the polls for the Biden Administration increased throughout each state. So will the endorsement from Swift give Kamala more positive attention in the voting community?

It surprises me that a country star can be successful being a liberal.” As the endorsement from Taylor Swift to Kamala Harris gained more positive energy in society, some negativity surfaced on the internet.
