Our teacher of the week is Mr. Schilling! Mr. Schilling has been teaching at Roxbury High School for eight years. He graduated from William Paterson University, where he earned a Bachelor’s in Fine Arts with a concentration in Graphic Design. His favorite thing about his job is, “Seeing students be able to pull from interests and cultural backgrounds and surpass their own expectations of themselves and create something totally original and new.” Mr. Schilling is also the proud advisor of the Yearbook Club. Students all around appreciate his kindness which is evidenced by the following quotes:
“I had Mr. Schilling Freshman and Sophomore years and he is a wonderful teacher! He keeps the class interesting and engaging and really cares about his students! He is very deserving of teacher of the week!” -Katie Caron, Junior
“While I only had Mr. Shilling for my Sophomore year, he had been a fantastic teacher! He not only made the class fun for everyone, but he truly cared about who you were as a person and took his time caring for each of us! Mr. Shilling really deserves to get teacher of the week!” – Eliana Okun, Junior
Congratulations to Mr. Schilling, our 2/26 teacher of the week!
