How to Make 4 Cheese Mac and Cheese
Have you ever wondered how to make 4 cheese mac and cheese from scratch? Roxbury’s very own Gianna Grassi has the answer!
Ingredients:
- 3 oz of penne pasta
- 1/2 cup of mozzarella
- 1/2 cup of parmesan
- 1/2 of brie
- 1/2 cup of ricotta
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 3 tbs of unsalted butter
- 1/8 tsp of salt
Directions:
- Bring a medium saucepan to boil, add a pinch of salt to the water
- Add the penne to the water once it has boiled
- Wait 12-14 minutes or until fully cooked
- Drain the pasta, add cheeses, milk, and butter to the pan and stir
- Place pasta back into the saucepan and stir well
- Finally, serve and enjoy!
